Dubai is one of the fascinating cities around the world, it is known by the incredible Skyscrapers and the big malls, which attracts the tourists from all around the world to visit Dubai.
Dubai is just not all about new construction, high-rise buildings and high-end malls. There is another part to this city that lends to a different character and according to Lonely Planet is the heart and soul of Dubai. People have forgotten the other side of Dubai, which is still alive and full of Spirit and vitality. However there are a lot of people who still lives in the old Dubai and works to makes their own living for the seek of helping their families whose suffering from poverty or even illness.




There are several theories as to how Dubai was named. Some people believe that 'Dubai' was so named by people who considered its souq a smaller version of a thriving market named 'Daba'. Another possibility is that the name came from a word meaning money and that why they called it Dubai City Of Gold.



Dubai City of gold, here where the journey has started from a desert full of old houses with amazing citizens riding wooden boats to go from place to another till Dubai became full of towers and luxury cars. It has changed from the first day of her birth until what we are now. But the heart of Dubai will still be beating with amazing memories and full of UAE spirit.
